Custom Picture Framing

Choosing Custom Framing is the most logical choice in order to preserve your priceless artwork, photos and other memorabilia, be it your child’s baby pictures or your grandfathers military medals.

Our design staff, with a combined 80 years of frame design experience, has the skills to design and frame everything from sports jerseys, flags, certificates, prints, hand stitchery, oil paintings, mirrors, lithographs and just plain ol’ posters.

Repairs such as replacing broken glass in a picture frame is something we do often!

At Stephens Art and Frame, most repairs are not a problem. Replacing broken glass is an everyday project for us. Re-Joining broken corners on frames is typically within our realm of activity.  Repositioning art work that has fallen within the frame is another common fix. Please stop in with your broken item and we will estimate the cost to, hopefully, make it close to new again.

Large Frames, or Framing Large Maps or Art

Most Frame Shops prefer to NOT deal with large frames, as the handling of large items requires special handling and a space that can accommodate the assembly of larger items. Just Handling the Glass scares most framers away from large frames. Our largest project to date was a "10 foot by 10 foot" Civil War Flag carried by a Wisconsin group of soldiers.

We have made lots and lots and lots of frames over 6 and 8 feet tall. Bottom line: large is just a bigger challenge for Stephens Art and Frame.
